| SEZ Meets with Osijek County Prefect Mato Lukić to Forge a New Chapter in Regional Green Industry Development |
| In early October, the senior management team of Special Economic Zone d.o.o. (SEZ) met with Mato Lukić, the Prefect of Osijek County, in a comprehensive meeting held in Osijek County. The meeting aimed to report on SEZ's business progress in Croatia and explore the broad prospects for joint development with Osijek County. During the meeting, SEZ board members and CEO Ernest Svažić presented a detailed report to Prefect Mato Lukić on the company’s work progress in Croatia. This included the operation of the Osijek logistics airport, overseas warehouses, and achievements in optimizing the local industrial structure, establishing the "Eurasian Green Industrial Park," and providing comprehensive industrial support services. The SEZ team emphasized that the company is committed to the concept of joint development with Osijek County and is dedicated to bringing more quality enterprises and projects to the region to contribute to local economic growth and sustainable development. Prefect Mato Lukić highly praised SEZ's work and provided a brief overview of Osijek County. He highlighted that the county not only includes the important city of Osijek but also covers various areas with different industrial advantages and potential. To support the development of these areas, Osijek County has implemented a series of supportive policies aimed at attracting more domestic and international investors. Prefect Lukić specifically expressed his appreciation for SEZ's proposed concept of the "Eurasian Green Industry Corridor" and assured that Osijek County will fully support SEZ's investments and construction projects in the area. He expressed hope for further cooperation to jointly promote green industry development and achieve mutual benefits. SEZ CEO Mr. Ernest expressed his strong agreement and gratitude for the support and trust of the Osijek County government. He stated that SEZ would actively respond to the government’s call, accelerating industrial planning and project construction in Osijek County to create more job opportunities and economic benefits. The meeting not only strengthened communication and cooperation between SEZ and the Osijek County government but also laid a solid foundation for both parties in the field of green industry development.
